OverviewFeatures and BenefitsSpecifications

The IDS P510 series PoE managed Ethernet switches come standard with 8 802.3at(PoE)
compliant Ethernet ports, provide up to 30 watts at 48VDC input per PoE port. When commercial
power is not available or is cost-prohibitive to provide locally in some places, the IDS P510 series
switches allow power to be supplied to the connected devices such as surveillance camera,
wireless access point etc.

Advanced PoE management function
8×10/100BaseTX ports +2x1000BaseX (SFP slots)
PoE ports: 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8
Commend Line Interface (CLI) for quickly configuration major managed functions
FMC Ring Protocol “Fi Ring” (recovery time < 20ms) and RSTP/STP for network redundancy
IGMP snooping for filtering multicast traffic
Port-based VLAN, IEEE 802.1Q VLAN, and GVRP to ease network planning
QoS and ToS/DiffServ to increase determinism
Port Trunk for optimum bandwidth utilization
SNMPv3, IEEE 802.1X, HTTPS, and SSH to enhance network security
SNMPv1/v2c/v3 for different levels of network management
RMON for efficient network monitoring and proactive capability
Bandwidth management prevents unpredictable network status
Lock port function for blocking unauthorized access based on MAC address
Automatic alarm through e-mail, relay output
